These Terms and Conditions govern your use of tereahubdubai.com and purchases from Terea Hub Dubai. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Terea Hub Dubai
Terea Hub Dubai is an online-only retailer serving customers in Dubai and across the United Arab Emirates. We do not operate a walk-in retail location. The website is intended only for adults aged 18 or older.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to browse or purchase age-restricted products from this website. We may request reasonable proof of age before accepting or delivering an order. We may refuse or cancel an order if age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3. Product information and availability
We aim to keep product descriptions, regional editions, compatibility information, images, prices and availability accurate. Packaging and health warnings may differ by market or shipment. All products are subject to availability, and listing a product does not guarantee that it is in stock.
TEREA sticks are intended only for compatible IQOS ILUMA devices. Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before ordering.
4. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams (AED). The final order total, including any delivery charge, will be confirmed before dispatch. Available payment methods are shown during checkout or confirmed through WhatsApp. We may correct genuine pricing errors before accepting an order.
5. Orders and acceptance
An order request is not accepted until we confirm the products, total price, delivery area and payment method. We may decline or cancel an order because of stock availability, pricing errors, delivery limitations, suspected fraud, age restrictions or legal requirements. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded using an available method.
6. Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may change because of traffic, weather, stock location, courier availability or events outside our control. 7. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. An order may not be cancellable after dispatch. For hygiene, safety and regulatory reasons, opened tobacco products and other opened consumable products cannot be returned. Damaged, defective or incorrect items should be reported promptly with clear photographs. Full conditions are explained in our Refund and Returns Policy.
8. Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, place fraudulent orders or use the website for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access or cancel orders connected with misuse.
9. Health notice and no affiliation
Tobacco and nicotine products are not risk-free, and nicotine is addictive. Products are intended only for adults. Terea Hub Dubai is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by IQOS, Philip Morris International or other trademark owners. Product and company names belong to their respective owners.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, layout and original graphics owned by Terea Hub Dubai may not be copied, republished or commercially reused without permission. Third-party trademarks and product images remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Privacy
How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you authorize us to use the information reasonably needed to process payment, arrange delivery, prevent fraud and provide customer support.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Terea Hub Dubai is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, delayed delivery, misuse of a product or failure to follow compatibility and safety information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the UAE unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when our services, policies or legal requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
